Graeme initially looked after our first property some 7 years ago when he worked for a large high street agency.

When Graeme left to undertake a sabbatical, including a 5 month cycle ride it became appropriate for us to move the management of our property to another agency.

Some 4 years later it came to our attention that the replacement agency had failed to obtain the necessary gas safety checks and recommended electric checks for the previous 2 years, which not only compromised our legal position but more importantly the safety of our tenants.
