A landlord moving abroad was extremely concerned about all the risks associated with letting out her family home. She interviewed several agents but Regent Lettings was the only agent to give her the peace of mind that her property would be expertly looked after.
Having entrusted the property to us, her faith was fully repaid during the following year while we managed the property. Graeme initially looked after our first property some 7 years ago when he worked for a large high street agency.
When Graeme left to undertake a sabbatical, including a 5 month cycle ride it became appropriate for us to move the management of our property to another agency.
Some 4 years later it came to our attention that the replacement agency had failed to obtain the necessary gas safety checks and recommended electric checks for the previous 2 years, which not only compromised our legal position but more importantly the safety of our tenants.
